Robert has over 3 decades of leadership, PM, and education experience in the private sector, military, and government. He is an expert in supply chain operations, advanced systems analysis, process improvement, and change leadership. He has executed enterprise-wide process improvements for Fortune 500 clients. He is currently the supply chain subject matter expert and curriculum designer for a VA logistics curriculum project. In the U.S. Navy, he planned and led special operations and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, Civil Affairs School. Robert holds a BS from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from Meinders School of Business, and an Ed.D. in curriculum & instruction with an emphasis on educational technology from the University of Florida.

Levi is the supply chain research and entrepreneurial development lead for SC Vistas. His teams currently support professional development programs for major federal clients such as the Veterans Administration. Levi holds a BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Radford University. Levi also hold a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, an IBM Data Science Professional certification, APICS' CSCP, and a SAFe ScrumMaster certification.
